I've lost a grand total of 60 pounds! BMI is down 12 points plus over 50 total inches off my body 10 of those off my waist alone!  And best I can figure I've gained around 14 pounds of muscle with the weight loss according to my scales.  I still have alot of work to do lots of goals! Just wanted to say I appreciate every single person who is positive for me a who cheers me on!  Also thankful for my Secret City CrossFit family and coaches!
